A Physical Therapist and Orthopaedic rehabilitation specialist, I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from Semmelweis University, Budapest, Hungary, and a master’s degree in Human Movement Sciences from Maastricht University, Maastricht, The Netherlands. I am also an avid follower of oriental medicine, currently pursuing a course in Acupuncture at Shenzhou Open University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Amsterdam, The Netherlands).
With an emphasis on treating the root cause, I approach each treatment with a thorough yet simple biomechanical analysis to determine the exact cause of most musculoskeletal disorders. I am a strong believer in the saying that “where the pain is, the problem is not” (Dr. Ida Rolf). Thus, I approach each case by examining both the exact site of pain and discomfort as well as another remote but connected area (s) that may contribute to and/or give a clue about the origin of the problem.
The protocols I use consist of instant pain relief techniques, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises. During a session or over the course of the entire treatment duration, I tend to alternate between techniques as the need arises. The decision for such changes is purely based on the patient’s response to treatment, pre-existing conditions which may impact the efficacy of the preferred treatment approach, and/or the evolution of the patient’s recovery over the course of the entire treatment duration.

My practice is located in Belvaux, easily accessible from Esch-sur-Alzette and its environs. However, the doors are open to patients from other parts of the country and even localities in neighboring countries not far away from the south of the Grand Duchy.
My objective remains to help heal our communities with hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercises, and proper patient education.
